Dirt Works Studio, in the School of Architecture, Design, and Planning at the University of Kansas, aims to educate architecture students in the design and construction of publicly accessible earthen structures for all to experience. The studio is a materials and tectonics studio composed of third-year architecture students, and is dedicated to exploring the potential of earthen architecture.
All work is done by the students, under the guidance of Professor Chad Kraus (pictured).
